We are pleased to offer our patients CareCredit and Chase Health Advance. These patient payment plans allow you to begin treatment immediately and then pay for it over time with special financing available. There are no up-front costs and no annual fees. Both companies offer a variety of payment plans.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance and accept insurance payment from your primary insurance company. Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, but we are not part of any managed care network. We will be happy to give you an estimate for the coverage you might expect from your insurance company. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service.

Please realize that our quote for the payment you can expect from your insurance provider is only an estimate and is not a guarantee. Any balance that is not paid by your insurance company will be your responsibility.
